This allows users to calibrate the sensor in a non-hazardous location and carry it into the field for quick exchanges with installed sensors. This further enhances personnel safety by minimising their time spent in potentially hazardous locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Sean McLeskey, product manager, flame and gas detection, Emerson Automation Solutions: &#8220;The need for hydrogen sulphide monitoring at these challenging locations is critical.
