This applies to all patented UD grade oil coalescing filters, which replace two traditional 1 micron and 0.1 micron coalescing filters with one single filter offering the same filtration rate at 40 per cent less pressure drop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Optimal risk prevention control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The existing QDT carbon tower range is expanded with five new 16 Bar fabricated vessels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The combination of the QDT activated carbon towers and the new twin filter UD+ type pre-filter and PDp type post filter offers optimal control to prevent the risk of oil and dust contamination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When combined with GA oil-injected compressors, they guarantee ISO8573-2010 class 1 0.01mg\/m\u00b3 oil content and class 1 particle content \u2013 which makes them a reliable alternative to the Atlas Copco Class 0 compressor portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With service intervals of either 8000 or 12000 hours and suitable for flows between 1500 and 6500 Nm\u00b3\/h, the QDT range now matches the entire compressor range up to 750 kW.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atlas Copco has introduced several new high-flow filters and activated carbon towers that offer the highest possible standards in preventing dust and oil contamination within oil-injected air compressors and air treatment systems.
