Dorset, UK-based BOFA International<\/a><\/strong> has appointed Ross Stoneham to the position of Engineering Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ross joins BOFA after spending seven years in the automotive industry managing design projects from cradle to grave and gaining experience in quality, design and project management along the way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His new role with BOFA will see him jointly manage the R&D team and he will focus on improving the design development process and the pre-production approval process to robustly deliver strategic sourcing projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ross commented: “I wanted to move on from my previous role at a global automotive company, and experience a smaller, more agile organisation to develop my core understanding of manufacturing \/ engineering businesses. BOFA is in prime position to leverage its recent success and accelerate its growth within the manufacturing industry – I am looking forward to being a part of that; contributing to and experiencing the change at first hand.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
