Full 360 degree EMI\/RFI shielding is delivered once the male\/female mating process has been completed.<\/p>\n<p>A working temperature range spanning from -55\u00b0C to +125\u00b0C is supported.<\/p>\n<p>The new Harwin backshells can be used in conjunction with both the company\u2019s\u00a0J-Tek and its\u00a0Mix-Tek\u00a0Datamate connector product lines &#8211; with signal, power and\u00a0coax\u00a0cabling all being accommodated.<\/p>\n<p>The combined Datamate\/backshell assemblies are significantly lower in overall cost than equivalent Micro-D\/backshell arrangements.<\/p>\n<p>Made to order, only low minimum volumes are required and there are very short turnaround times involved.<\/p>\n<p>Among the key areas where these items will be employed are aerospace, motorsport, industrial drives\/controls, military communication, satellite systems, robotics and renewable energy infrastructure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To complement its Datamate wire-to-board connector offering, hi-rel connector manufacturer Harwin now supplies a comprehensive range of backshells with a rugged aluminium alloy construction and electroless nickel plating.
