With at least 10,000 mating cycles, it is particularly durable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to IP55, the plug is protected against dust and contact and even light jets of water such as rain do not affect the charging performance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operating temperatures from -30\u00b0C to +50\u00b0C are optimal for the Excel Mate CC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Safe, uninterrupted charging is ensured by the contact resistance of max. 0.5 MOhm, an insulation strength of over 100 MOhm and the retention force to be applied: at least 100N are required for the plugging process, while max. 100N are needed to disconnect the connection to the electric car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"626\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/www.engineernewsnetwork.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/RUP095Image3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18332\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.engineernewsnetwork.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/RUP095Image3.png 626w, https:\/\/www.engineernewsnetwork.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/RUP095Image3-300x142.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 626px) 100vw, 626px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The M.2 2230 form factor modules are designed for flexible system configuration and platform usage by using a standard Key-A or Key-E socket.
