The addition of the PowerLok 300 Series completes the portfolio \u2013 making RS a single source for all PowerLok connector needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The compact, metal-shell PowerLok Series provides interconnect solutions and signal connections for electric vehicles (EV) and hybrid transportation applications.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accommodating up to four signal circuits and four power circuits, the connectors incorporate Amphenol\u2019s RADSOK (RADial SOcKet) contact technology. This features a  flat, high conductivity alloy grid to provide robust, high-density contact to the mating pin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offering a smooth, even engagement and force distribution, these connectors deliver enhanced durability and contribute to excellent performance in applications with high levels of vibration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PowerLok 300 Series is specifically for applications with cable current ratings of 150A, 200A, 250A or 300A. Models are available to accommodate corresponding cable sizes ranging from 35mm to 95mm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like all PowerLok connectors, the Series 300 models offer high cycle durability and come equipped with an automatic secondary lock as standard, which prevents unintentional loosening of the contact and further enhances connector reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offering a choice of keyed, straight or right-angled configurations, plus 360\u00b0 shielding and environmental sealing options, the PowerLok Series has a solution to fit virtually any electric vehicle system design requirement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connectors can be specified with six or two keys to meet requirements for 1, 2 or 3 position operation, and their slimline profile means they are particularly suited to applications where space is at a premium.
