Operation managers need to consider the type of products that are being handled and the challenges or potential problems they face as a result, such as spillages or deformed products.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen producing dog biscuits, for example, manufacturers need to ensure that the final product is not degraded or broken during transportation. For a product like this, pendulum-type bucket elevators are the most gentle and controlled means of handling products.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gough Engineering provide three types of bucket elevators that can be integrated into a processing system to optimise factory or warehouse space.
