Engineered for direct panel mounting, the PIREG-548 Touch-Screen Interface Terminal is a low voltage device that communicates directly with the PIREG-C2 heat seal controllers. This advanced interface provides operators with real time graphical and numerical display of the heating element\u2019s temperature, ensuring precise monitoring during every sealing cycle. Users can conveniently set the desired sealing temperature on the intuitive touch-screen display, streamlining process adjustments and reducing downtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthering its versatility, the PIREG-548 enables full calibration directly through the display and can optionally integrate with a thermocouple for advanced calibration needs. By reading the resistance of the heat sealing band directly, the combined system of PIREG-548 and PIREG-C2 delivers rapid and highly accurate temperature measurement.
