The terminal can accommodate wire diameters of 0.2mm2 \u2013 4mm2 and operate to a current of 32 amps at 400 volts.<\/p>\n<p>An operating temperature range between -20\u00b0C and 90\u00b0C ensures the design is well suited to use in varied conditions indoors or outside.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, two, three and five pole variants can be specified depending on end user requirements.<\/p>\n<p>For applications at risk of becoming fully submerged and requiring IP protection, the S Box Terminal Block can be coupled with the Shell Box \u2013 a gel filled enclosure which is designed to house the terminal.<\/p>\n<p>The Shell Box contains a pre-filled gel comprised of a silicone compound, which enhances ingress protection up to IP68.<\/p>\n<p>A range of sizes are available, providing accommodation for S Box Lever Terminals with differing pole capacity.<\/p>\n<p>Liam Marriott, Technical Manager at <span class=\"highlight highlight-blue\"><a href=\"https:\/\/engineernewsnetwork.com\/blog\/optimas-offers-electrical-security-with-wiska-cable-glands-and-combi-boxes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Optimas<\/a><\/span>\u2019 Components Division, commented on the new range expansion: \u201cWe have supplied Wiska parts for a number of years now, and we have found them to be a quality supplier with a high service level.
