They share the same feature set.<\/p>\n<p>Only their on-state resistance RDS(ON) scales with 1.0m\u03a9, 1.5m\u03a9, 2.0m\u03a9, or 2.5m\u03a9 for each device.\u00a0For the easy evaluation of the Power PROFET, there are two shields for Arduino.<\/p>\n<p>The ultra-low ohmic smart high-side power switch family with 1.0m\u03a9\/1.5m\u03a9\/2.0m\u03a9\/2.5m\u03a9 devices offers 100% pin compatibility.
