Based on patented PA66\/6T technology, Technyl Red J flows like PA66, ensures high chemical resistance and excellent surface aspect.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, it is highly suitable for both vibration and hot gas welding, delivering high burst pressure levels confirmed in extensive pulsated air pressure tests at <span class=\"highlight highlight-blue\"><a href=\"https:\/\/engineernewsnetwork.com\/blog\/three-speciality-polymer-filaments-for-3d-printed-parts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solvay<\/a><\/span>\u2019s Application Performance Testing (APT) centres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Melt and mould temperatures <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recommended melt and mould temperatures are significantly lower than competitive PA4.6 or PPA resins, which saves energy during processing and minimises part cooling time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAuto makers have recently been refining the real operating temperatures needed for thermal management systems.
