In the industrial sector they are ideal for use in automation systems as well as DC-DC converters.<\/p>\n<p>The HA66 series is a low profile, low loss, ferrite-based inductor designed with a wide range of inductances and package sizes.<\/p>\n<p>The series comprises a range of 38 inductors with inductance ratings from 2.5 to 220\u00b5H, DC resistances from 0.018 to 0.820\u03a9 and Irms values from 1.22 to 11.2A.<\/p>\n<p>The compact inductors are available in two case sizes, 5.7 x 5.7 x 3mm, and 6.7 x 6.7 x 4mm.<\/p>\n<p>The inductors are magnetically shielded, they have low DC resistance and feature a high saturation current of 4.4A maximum.<\/p>\n<p>Able to withstand high temperatures, the parts have an operating temperature range of -40 to +125\u00b0C, an ambient temperature maximum of 85\u00b0C, a maximum temperature rise of 40\u00b0C, and are able to meet an operating temperature of 155\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Standard packaging is embossed tape and reel in 1000 or 2000 units, and the inductors are RoHS compliant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TT Electronics has announced the introduction of \u00a0SMD power inductors\u00a0for use in high power density applications where size is critical.
