{"id":8960,"date":"2018-08-28T15:41:49","date_gmt":"2018-08-28T14:41:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/engineernewsnetwork.com\/blog\/?p=8960"},"modified":"2018-08-28T15:41:49","modified_gmt":"2018-08-28T14:41:49","slug":"120a-ac-power-latching-relays","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.engineernewsnetwork.com\/blog\/120a-ac-power-latching-relays\/","title":{"rendered":"120A AC power latching relays"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Omron Electronic Components Europe has expanded its range of high performance AC latching power relays with new connectivity options meeting a wider range of applications including EV charge stations, PV inverters and lighting control as well as smart metering.<\/p>\n<p>The <span class=\"highlight highlight-blue\"><a href=\"http:\/\/components.omron.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Omron G9TA and G9TB relays<\/a><\/span> provide an exceptional solution for switching currents up to 60A and 120A respectively.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7565662001938327\" data-ad-slot=\"7585079586\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nOmron G9TA AC Power Latching Relays are designed to provide high power switching, low contact resistance, and vibration resistance for applications up to 60A maximum switching current.<\/p>\n<p>These G9TA relays feature 2m\u03a9 contact resistance, 6kV impulse withstand voltage, 250VAC switching voltage, and 12VDC coil voltage.<\/p>\n<p>The G9TA AC power latching relays have an operating temperature range of -40\u00b0C to 85\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>The high magnetic latching force is responsible for providing vibration resistance. The G9TA is just 37.5mm x 33mmx 18mm.<\/p>\n<p>For higher switching currents up to 120A, Omron G9TB AC Power Latching Relays are recommended. This relay is designed with high overcurrent capability and conforms to IEC62055-31 UC3 standards.<\/p>\n<p>These G9TB latching relays feature a compact size of just 37.5mm \u00d7 43.5mm \u00d7 22.5mm yet offer high power switching with a low temperature rise.<\/p>\n<p>The G9TB power latching relays have a silver-alloy contact material, 0.4m\u03a9 contact resistance, 276VAC maximum switching voltage, and -40\u00b0C to 85\u00b0C operating temperature range.<\/p>\n<p>The Omron G9TA is now available with M5 securing screw and welding (solder lug) terminals.
