Being rejected for a role they wanted \u2013 65.6%<br \/>\n2. Having to take time off to attend interviews \u2013 40.6%<br \/>\n3. Having to do an interview test or task \u2013 37.5%<br \/>\n4. Having to include a video with their application \u2013 31.3%<br \/>\n5. Speaking to recruiters or potential employers on the phone \u2013 28.1%<br \/>\n6. Attending interviews &#8211; 25%<br \/>\n7. Video interviews \u2013 25%<br \/>\n8. Writing a cover letter \u2013 18.8%<br \/>\n9. Writing a CV \u2013 15.6%<br \/>\n10. Meeting with new people \u2013 6.3%<\/p>\n<p>Lee Biggins, founder and managing director of <span class=\"highlight highlight-blue\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.engineernewsnetwork.com\/blog\/job-hunting-myths\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CV-Library<\/a><\/span>, comments on the findings: \u201cJob hunting can certainly be nerve wracking, but you shouldn\u2019t let any of your fears stop you from reaching your ideal role.
