Carlin’s pressure washer burners are engineered for optimal performance with diesel fuel and biofuels. Available in firing rates from 0.5 to 35 gallons per hour, they are approved for use with kerosene, No. 1 and No. 2 diesel, heating oil, and biofuel blends up to B100. The product line is available with optional 12V DC, 120V and 240V electrical capabilities, helping manufacturers and equipment professionals select a configuration suited to their application requirements. Carlin’s combustion technology accommodates changes in diesel and biofuel blend levels without requiring air adjustments, supporting reliable operation, efficiency and flexibility across a range of fuel types.

For EZ Series models, the combustion tube and tertiary air-delivery system are designed to accommodate changing fuel viscosities. Additional features of the EZ Series include an efficient permanent split capacitor (PSC) motor, EZ-to-adjust air settings for changes in altitude and oxygen levels, and the durable Carlin Pro-X 45000 universal ignitor.
