With enhanced developer resources and a new marketplace, the Fuze Integrations Ecosystem streamlines enterprise communications 

Fuze announces the next generation Fuze Integrations Ecosystem. The new offering extends the Fuze platform with adjacent enterprise technologies empowering organisations to tailor workflows with pre-built and custom integrations that drive productivity and efficiency improvements.

As the changing workforce demands greater flexibility, enterprises must integrate tools that support efficient business operations to remain agile and competitive, and provide a superior customer experience. 

The Fuze Integrations Ecosystem enables customer and third-party developers to implement custom integrations with enterprise-grade security and performance to maximise the communications and collaboration solutions that best support the needs of the modern workforce. 

The Fuze Integrations Ecosystem features: 

  • Fuze Developer Centre: Embed Fuze even deeper into employees’ day-to-day workflows with open APIs. The Fuze Developer Centre is a hub for developers to better build internal tools, automate workflows, and integrate with existing systems. 
  • Fuze Marketplace: The Fuze Marketplace is a collection of all pre-built Fuze-certified integrations, carefully developed and validated with partners and customers, to streamline workflows and meet users on their platform of choice. 
  • Custom Integration Solutions: Scope and build custom integrations with Fuze for unsupported applications or homegrown solutions. Custom integrations expand the Fuze platform offering within existing management tools, automating data monitoring, and streamlining operations.
