The iSensor series of M8 and M12 connectors

Connectors for automation, sensing and control

Wesgarde announces the addition of iCONN Systems to its manufacturer portfolio, expanding its connector offering with all iCONN products including the iSensor series. Designed for demanding automation, sensing and control applications, these circular connectors combine durable construction with versatile configurations to help OEMs address equipment design challenges.

The iSensor series includes i8 M8 and i12 M12 connectors, giving engineers a choice of sizes to fit different equipment layouts. Durable metal shells support use in demanding industrial environments, while threaded coupling provides secure mating. The smaller M8 format accommodates sensors, small actuators and other space-limited devices, while M12 options serve larger machinery and automation systems. Compact iMini A, B and C variants provide additional flexibility for designs with limited installation space.

The line includes IP67/68-rated options for applications requiring protection against dust and water ingress. A, B, C, D, S and X coding configurations are available across the series, supporting a range of electrical and communication needs, including power and high-speed Ethernet connections. Engineers can select configurations based on their equipment’s function and operating environment.

For projects that call for a tailored solution, iCONN offers custom-engineered i8 and i12 connectors. Its design and manufacturing capabilities support prototyping as well as low- and high-volume production, helping customers address connection needs from initial development through ongoing manufacturing.
