The lever style connectors are designed for simple wire termination.
For applications that require IP68 protection, the Shell Box – a gel filled enclosure – is available for fast housing.
The specially designed SBox Lever Terminals are fast to use, with a simple lever mechanism securing the connection. The terminal can accommodate wire diameters of 0.2mm2 – 4mm2 and operate to a current of 32 amps at 400 volts.
An operating temperature range between -20°C and 90°C ensures the design is well suited to use in varied conditions indoors or outside.
Furthermore, two, three and five pole variants can be specified depending on end user requirements.
For applications at risk of becoming fully submerged and requiring IP protection, the S Box Terminal Block can be coupled with the Shell Box – a gel filled enclosure which is designed to house the terminal.
The Shell Box contains a pre-filled gel comprised of a silicone compound, which enhances ingress protection up to IP68.
A range of sizes are available, providing accommodation for S Box Lever Terminals with differing pole capacity.
