Mr Tan has spent his entire career immersed in the telecommunication industry.
Prior to MicroCare, he worked at a global infrastructure company that provided datacom infrastructure solutions which enhanced network performance, avoiding the headaches and failure modes of traditional networking products.
He held a variety of positions in his past working experiences, from Project Development to Business Development Manager. He attained the coveted RCDD certification in 2000 and is the current Southeast Asia Secretary of BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International).
