Don Phifer joins outside sales at MicroCare

MicroCare Corp announces that Don Phifer has been appointed as West Coast Regional Manager for the Precision Cleaning Products. Mr Phifer comes to MicroCare with 28 years of experience in electronics and electrical distribution.

While in distribution, Mr Phifer worked at a wide variety of different duties: inside sales, outside sales and business development.

He developed a specialty service orchestrating a ‘vendor managed’ inventory programme which helped clients reduce their inventory carrying costs.

His expertise took him far and wide as he worked alongside OEMs, contract manufacturers and product development firms. His industry-specific experience is equally broad, as he worked with medical, aerospace, defence, automotive and commercial electronics.

“Having Don join the team is a great honour for MicroCare, and we’re lucky to get him. It’s further proof that we’re the guys in the industry who are growing and innovating,” said Mr. Dan Sinclair, National Sales Manager. “Everybody on the West Coast knows Don and his reputation, and he only works with the best.”

Prior to MicroCare, Mr Phifer worked for the past 24 years with EIS, Inc, out of its Arizona offices. He is an Arizona native and he lives there now with his wife.

He has four stepchildren and one grandchild. Don is an avid soccer enthusiast and a member of the American Outlaws, a nationwide organisation supporting the US national soccer teams.
