Hinges for Covid barriers and shields

Construction of Covid protective ‘spit screens’ or barriers is made easier with robust 1056 program hinges from EMKA.

Supermarket checkouts, shop cashpoints and other public service positions can add the flexibility of hinged protection panels by use of these surface mounted hinges in stainless steel, zinc die or polyamide – in metal finish or black.

Specifically, the 1056 lift off hinge is frequently favoured, while the torque adjustable 1056 finds application where quick opening is required without the need for a lock.

1056 program hinges are available with stud fixings for speed and ease of assembly or with screw facilities. Particular variants are offered to match common aluminium profile frames.
