IRC 2019: One year to go

IRC 2019 will provide an extensive technical programme and an excellent platform for rubber scientists, technologists, academics and industrialists to share knowledge

Planning is well underway for the three-day International Rubber Conference 2019 (IRC 2019) taking place at the Kia Oval, London, UK.

The date of the conference is a week earlier than originally planned, 3rd-5th September 2019. This date change was brought about by circumstances beyond the control of its organiser IOM3.

IRC 2019 will provide an extensive technical programme and an excellent platform for rubber scientists, technologists, academics and industrialists to share knowledge.

Networking events, a large exhibition and a comprehensive programme of training courses will also be delivered during the 3-day conference.

Papers for IRC 2019 are currently being invited, with a Call for Papers deadline of 1 March 2019.

The IRC 2019 International Technical Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts that discuss innovations in elastomers.

Abstracts should contain enough information for the technical committee to judge the paper and the main results, which need to be submitted online.

Further information regarding the call for papers process can be found on the IRC 2019 website.

IRC 2019 Platinum and Gold sponsorship opportunities have been reserved, however a limited number of other opportunities are available.

Attendee registration opens on 1st January 2019. Conference programme details will be announced in May 2019
