Small low-on-resistance MOSFET relays

The G3VM41QR is designed for a load voltage of up to 100V

Thanks to the new S-VSON technology, the G3VM series from Omron, available from Rutronik UK, is characterised by a very small form factor.

It is suitable in particular for high current and low on-resistance.

The G3VM41QR is designed for a load voltage of up to 100V and a continuous load current of 0.65A.

A high dielectric strength of 500V/min between input and output and an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 110°C complete the high-end features.

The MOSFET relay is therefore ideally suited for semiconductor test devices, test and measurement devices, communication devices, data loggers and security applications such as camera surveillance or smoke detection systems.
