Helping robotic arms become collaborative

triflex R e-chains manage the power and control cables

When humans and robots work close together, safety is of the utmost importance.

For this reason, users of robots and cobots already rely on the three-dimensional and round triflex R e-chains to manage the power and control cables. This video shows the new clamp concept for the triflex R and how it allows unrestrictive movement of the cobot.

Used mainly as assistants for simple or interactive activities at work these cobot work closely with humans. The design with rounded edges increases work safety by reducing the risk of injury when coming into contact with the robot.

All the parts you need for your cobot’s cable management system are now available in one convenient kit.

Here is what’s included: more than 100 triflex R TRE e-chain links (30mm or 40mm), hook and loop or plastic mounting brackets, a strain relief bracket, lock clips, and an assembly tool.

The adjustable hook and loop fasteners will fit around virtually any cobot manufacturer’s arm.
