LS ELECTRIC America's H100+ Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)

HVAC drive delivers precision, energy efficiency, and reliability for fan and pump applications

LS ELECTRIC America‘s H100+ Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)  is designed specifically for fan and pump systems, the H100+ offers advanced control and seamless integration, making it a solution for contractors, facility managers, and OEMs seeking to optimise performance and reduce energy costs.

Developed specifically for HVAC applications, the H100+ is designed to handle both variable and constant torque loads, including air handling units, cooling towers, exhaust fans, and water pumps. Its advanced Sensorless Vector Control (SVC) ensures precise speed and torque performance, even at low speeds, without requiring an encoder, reducing complexity and cost. The drive’s energy-saving capabilities set it apart, featuring Sleep/Wake modes, Auto Torque Boost, and a built-in Payback Counter that displays real-time energy savings. These features help cut operational expenses and extend equipment life, enabling users to achieve measurable efficiency gains with every installation.

The H100+ provides intelligent system communication and intuitive operation with built-in BACnet MS/TP, Modbus-RTU, and Metasys N2 protocols for easy integration into building management systems. Its DriveView7 software and simple keypad interface make parameter setup, monitoring, and diagnostics quick and accessible through USB or RJ45 connections. Designed for long-term reliability, the H100+ includes built-in safety and protective functions such as Fire Mode, Underload and Pipe Break Detection, Pre-Heat Function, and Soft Fill and Ramp Control to protect both equipment and system integrity.

Compact and efficient, the H100+ allows side-by-side mounting to save space and features a built-in EMC filter, DC reactor, and easily accessible cooling fan for simplified installation and maintenance. UL Plenum Rated and available in IP54 flange-mounted models, the drive is suited for a range of HVAC environments. It’s offered in 3-phase 200V (1–125HP), 400V (1–800HP), and 600V (7.5–125HP) versions to accommodate everything from commercial buildings to large industrial applications.
