Arrow Electronics named EMEA Distributor of the Year by TE Connectivity

Arrow Electronics was named EMEA Distributor of the Year by TE Connectivity (TE), a leader in connectivity and sensors.

Presented at TE’s regional summit in Bad Neuenahr, Germany, this honour recognises Arrow’s success throughout 2017, and was awarded based on strategic criteria that align with TE’s initiatives and priorities, including sales growth, business plan realisation, customer growth and training course completions.

In addition to the overall award, Arrow was presented with TE’s EMEA Sales Growth Award for leading TE’s EMEA region in sales growth and TE’s EMEA New Design Wins Award for implementing TE products into new designs.

Close collaboration between Arrow’s engineering support teams and the sales and marketing staff at its extensive network of branches played a crucial role in the company’s results.

“These awards are all based on the figures achieved – the numbers tell the story of a highly successful year for TE and Arrow together”, said Matthias Hutter, vice president of supplier marketing and product management at Arrow’s components business in EMEA. “We are proud of our success, which is based on the work done during a long and fruitful association with TE.”
