Earth line protection devices

FDB Electrical are specialists in industrial electrical protection equipment and are able to offer their technology in component form to panel builders wishing to configure their own systems.

The FDB range includes many panel mount devices and system elements.

The FDB EMGUARD earth line monitor range includes their 110V, 240V and 440V units – the 110V unit in particular being of interest since this is a rating not commonly offered elsewhere.

The EMGUARD series comply with BS4444 and offer 1-20 ohms impedance (adjustable), fully encapsulated and housed in a PA6 enclosure ready for chassis mounting.

Other components include the EFU62 VELEM combined earth fault and earth line monitor and the VEF series variable earth leakage protection relay.

The EFU series includes a combined earth fault and earth line monitor and DC earth fault monitor, this compliments their EFR range of universal earth leakage protection relays, along with matching external CTs where required.
