Low-voltage moulded case circuit breaker

LS ELECTRIC America’s Susol UL Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) is an advanced low-voltage platform is engineered for high reliability and safety, simplifying the specification process for OEMs and consulting engineers across critical industrial and commercial power systems.

From 15A branch circuits to 1200A feeders, the Susol UL MCCB series offers a single-product solution for diverse power systems. Engineers can select breaking capacities (Icu) up to

100kA and (Ics) ratings of 80% or 100% to guarantee performance under fault conditions. The UTE and UTS series include seven frame sizes, providing the flexibility to balance load requirements, panel space, and project costs perfectly.

To support the diverse demands of modern system architectures, the Susol UL MCCB is available in both 2-pole and 3-pole configurations, making it a seamless fit for both single-phase and three-phase installations. Whether deployed in industrial manufacturing, or critical infrastructure applications, the series offers a tailored protection strategy. Customers can choose between fixed or adjustable thermal-magnetic trip units (FTU, FMU, ATU, MCP) for reliable feeder protection, or opt for advanced electronic trip units (ETS, ETM, OCR) to unlock superior monitoring, setting capabilities and overall system coordination. This extensive range of MCCB empowers users to perfectly balance simplicity, functionality, and cost-efficiency for every project.

The Susol UL MCCB is fully compliant with UL 489 and CSA for North American markets, while IEC 60947-2 CB certification supports global standardization for multinational OEMs.

Additionally, its Class 1E rating qualifies the platform for highly critical safety environments, including nuclear power plants, confirming its robustness for the most demanding applications.
