Every R-Series compressor features an all-new, state-of-the-art airend that’s one of the most efficient available today – delivering as much as 15%t energy efficiency improvement over the legacy products.
High-capacity compressed air needs
The RS200 to RS250 fixed- and variable-speed models come standard with features that offer energy efficiency and maximise uptime for high-capacity compressed air needs.
Show attendees will also see Ingersoll Rand’s refrigerated dryer technology that achieves a dew point of -20˚C.
The Sub-Freezing Dryer is the world’s first dryer that provides -20˚C pressure dew point at 70% lower energy costs and 40% smaller footprint than that of traditional desiccant dryers.
Ingersoll Rand’s Sub-Freezing Air Dryer is compatible with oil-flooded rotary compressors, oil-free rotary compressors, centrifugal compressors and reciprocating compressors. Ingersoll Rand will also share its unique total systems approach to maintain the highest levels of reliability and efficiency and present the Ingersoll Rand CARE Suite service offerings. CARE Suite is the most comprehensive service and maintenance offering available, which increases reliability and reduces total costs of ownership for a plant’s valuable compressor assets.“Air compressors are no longer considered as a standalone device delivering compressed air to production lines. Nowadays compressor systems are an integral part of industrial facilities and the heartbeat for operations whether they deliver process air or instrument air,” said David Gillies, UK and Ireland country leader for compression technologies and services at Ingersoll Rand. “At the show visitors will have the opportunity to interact with a number of experts representing many Ingersoll Rand product and service categories and discuss how to optimise their total cost of ownership while maximising reliability, efficiency and productivity.”
