The OGP 150 Oxygen Generator

For industrial operations that require oxygen, self-producing the gas is a reliable and cost-efficient solution. An on-site oxygen generator gives users complete control over their oxygen supply while removing the logistical challenges of purchasing gas themselves, reducing the cost of oxygen, and eliminating gas delivery emissions. 

Atlas Copco’s new OGP is available in 17 sizes, from 1.7Nm³/h (1.0Scfm) to 225Nm³/h (132Scfm) and produces oxygen of up to 93% purity on reference conditions. Thanks to its proven design for pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology and its high-productivity adsorbent, it delivers a stable supply of oxygen – continuous if needed – at a guaranteed purity. Its durable build ensures many years of reliable service, even in tough conditions.

Thanks to the Advanced Elektronikon Touch controller, the OGP is easy to install, control, and monitor remotely and the HD touchscreen shows purity alerts and connectivity options. Customers can select the oxygen purity their application requires, ensuring maximum operational savings without needing to replace any components.

The precise oxygen analyser continuously measures the purity of every unit of oxygen produced. Other standard features include overflow protection and automatic standby in case of low or no oxygen demand. Additional optional quality and purity features include feed air quality control, oxygen output purity control, and an oxygen outlet flow sensor.
